By registering for an event, you acknowledge responsibility for reading and adhering to the following.  You further understand violation of these rules, regulations, policies or procedures could result in penalties or disqualification from an event and/or the season.

Preseason/Evaluation.  There is no fee for attending this show.   Each group will receive input and information from all the judges in attendance in an extended performance/evaluation/clinic format.  There are a limited number of performance spots and this does not count towards your minimum number of shows for finals qualification.  Feel free to contact us for more Evaluation Event information @ 714-512-2116.

Rules and Regulations.  I agree to read and comply with the rules and regulations in the “Event and Participation Guide” - available soon in the "Forms and Publications" section of the website.   2011 Post-Season Proposals and Changes.

Insurance Requirements.  Independent Ensembles must provide proof of general liability insurance by February 1.   Scholastic and Junior Division ensembles do not need to provide proof of insurance.

Event Registration.  Event Fees are $165 for regular season events and $335 for the combined Semi-Finals/Finals for Scholastic and Independent Divisions.    There are no membership fees.

Performance Schedules. Performance schedules will be available in the  "Events" section of the site.

Cancellations, Drops, No-Shows.  Event fees are Non-refundable after January 1 of the current season.  There are NO late fees, show change fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees or drop fees. As a result there are no refunds. All show changes, cancellations and drops must be done via email.

Semi-Finals.  Semi-Finals is for Scholastic and Independent C, B, A, Open, and World divisions.   Concert and Junior division ensembles will not attend semi-finals.  Semis is a two-day event - Saturday and Sunday.   An approximate schedule will be provided as we near the date.  Rounds will be utilized for the larger divisions.  Semi-final eeding will be based on high score from any regular season show - details on rounds and seedings as we near the event.  The number of ensembles advancing to semis from each division will be based on the number of ensembles in that division.  There will not be an awards ceremony or a critique at semis.   Scores and finalists will be announced at the end of each division followed by a directors/instructors meeting for finalist ensembles.

Finals.   To qualify for Finals, all Scholastic and Independent Division Ensembles must attend at least one (1) regular season show and Semi-Finals.  Concert and Junior division ensembles will not attend Semi-Finals but must attend two (2) regular season shows to attend Finals.  Performance order at finals will be based on scores from semis, or from season high score for junior and concert.  There is no critique at finals.

Ensemble and Show Spiel Information.    Ensemble and Show Spiel Information is gathered at the time of  registration.   You will not need to complete a "spiel sheet" at every show unless you would like to change or add to what you submitted at time of registration.  The form will be available in the  "Forms and Publications" section of the site should you need.

Badges/Wristbands.    Staff Badges will not be issued to ensemble staff.   The Event Host will provide six (6) staff wristbands in your check-in packet.   Staff wristbands will provide access to hospitality and the performance side for that event only.  In addition, your check-in packet will contain performer wristbands for the number of performers indicated in the “Ensemble Section” of your registration.  Performer wristbands provide access to the back-side stands only – not the performance side.  Wristbands are event specific and are non-transferrable.  Abuse or violation could result in significant penalties, event disqualification, or season withdrawal.

Event Tickets and Season Passes.   Season Passes are available for purchase at "http://adla.ticketleap.com".  Single Event tickets will be available later in January.

Video/Photo Policy.     You may video your ensemble's performance only, and only when displaying the appropriate video credential.  A single video credential will be issued to each ensemble and can be picked up at the tech table upon your first event.  The video credential does not provide admission to the event.  The Event Host will designate an area in the stands from which a properly credentialed person may video their ensemble's performance.  No video taping of any kind allowed at Semi-Finals or Finals.   Additionally, for the safety of the performers, flash photography is not allowed.

Copyright/Permission to Use.  All ensembles must obtain permission to use and/or arrange copyrighted material.  See the "Event and Participation Guide"  for more details.

The "Event and Participation Guide" will be available soon and can be found in the "Forms and Publications" section of the site.
